I’ve attended Justine's pastry workshop twice, and both experiences were absolutely amazing! The first time, I learned how to make cream puffs, and the second time, the Paris-Brest. Justine is incredibly kind and knowledgeable, showing me so many helpful tricks while encouraging me to do everything myself.
Her approach made the process both fun and educational, and I left each session feeling much more confident in my baking skills. Plus, she provides a detailed recipe of what we make, so I can practice at home—a detail I really appreciated.
Her home is cozy and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. I would absolutely recommend this workshop and can’t wait to go again!- Cuisine

Justine welcomes you into her adorable home with a smile and such nice hospitality. My family had a wonderful time making French crème puffs with her, and then enjoyed eating them on her beautiful back patio under a shaded fig tree ❤️

J'ai participé à un atelier pâtisserie avec Justine pour faire un fraisier. Justine a été bienveillante et adorable, j'ai passé un super moment et j'ai vécu une super expérience originale et ludique. Elle donne également des conseils de pâtissier professionnel et m'a guidé pour chaque étape. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

Bonjour, j ' ai rencontré Justine il y a un mois. En effet je souhaitais acquérir des notions et bases de pâtisserie française. Depuis j' ai fait 4 ateliers totalement adaptés à mes besoins. Je recommande chaudement cette expérience gourmande et humaine.

We did a Cupcake/Popcake workshop with my 7-year-old daughter. She loved it, and so did I! ☺️ Justine is very sweet and a great teacher; we really had a great time! The baking workshops are really great for children. Mine was very diligent, focused, and interested; she came out of the workshop happy! I 100% recommend Justine's workshops, whether with children or not! See you soon for another workshop 👩🍳❤️

I offered this workshop to my son for his 15th birthday and we did it together. Justine inspired confidence, competence and sympathy from my first contact on the phone and everything was confirmed afterwards. We made macarons under her watchful eye, they were beautiful and delicious. I highly recommend a workshop at her home! My son loved the experience and Justine did everything to make us independent to make this recipe afterwards.
